and/or Chlorine Bath In most cases Acid/Chlorine washing of your pool
will brighten and refresh the surface. Acid/Chlorine washing of a pool
or spa is for cosmetic purposes only. KB will make every effort to
remove as much staining and discoloration as possible. We can not
guarantee this process will remove stains or discoloration of the
existing pool surface. Acid/Chlorine washing will not remove calcium
from the pool surface.
Draining of pool, spa, and fountain KB will not be responsible
for plaster if it cracks, blisters, peels, or chips or for any other
conditions which may occur due to draining or acid/chlorine washing
your pool, spa, or fountain. Under certain conditions beyond our
control such as imbalance in chemicals, discoloration, or deterioration
of plaster due to age, some of the above conditions may occur. So
therefore, draining and acid/ chlorine washing of your pool, spa, or
fountain are at your own risk.
Plaster Patching KB will make every effort to match color and
texture of existing plaster during any patching, however certain
conditions beyond our control such as imbalance in chemicals,
discoloration, or deterioration of plaster due to age, may make these
patches hard to match and they may stand out. KB cannot guarantee any
patch for color, texture or, their ability to adhere to existing
plaster.
Tile cleaning The calcium/mineral build on tile/pebbletek is
very hard and most chemicals will not remove this build up, therefore
we clean your tile with steel brushes, power equipment or glass
beading. These can cause some scratching or pitting of your
tile/pebbletek. KB will not be responsible for scratching, pitting, and
defects to your tile/pebbletek. KB will not seal pebbletek.KB will not
clean imitation rock.
